SERIES SATURDAY: The Inheritance Cycle by Christopher Paolini

Series Saturday is a new meme created by us to introduce readers to new amazing series we love as well as just fangirl about them!

So today's spotlight:

The Inheritance Cycle by Christopher Paolini

My favorite high fantasy series! I usually don't read many books where there are 1000 different characters, 1000 different species, 1000 different types of magic... you get the memo. I like series which have one or two of those elements but not all because then they get super complicated. I found The Inheritance Cycle a long time ago and started reading them when I was 13 more or less. I loved all the books!

Eragon book blurb
Perfect for fans of Lord of the Rings, the New York Times bestselling Inheritance Cycle about the dragon rider Eragon has sold over 35 million copies and is an international fantasy sensation.

Fifteen-year-old Eragon believes that he is merely a poor farm boy—until his destiny as a Dragon Rider is revealed. Gifted with only an ancient sword, a loyal dragon, and sage advice from an old storyteller, Eragon is soon swept into a dangerous tapestry of magic, glory, and power. Now his choices could save—or destroy—the Empire.

“An authentic work of great talent.”—The New York Times Book Review
“Christopher Paolini make[s] literary magic with his precocious debut.”—People
“Unusual, powerful, fresh, and fluid.”—Booklist, Starred
“An auspicious beginning to both career and series.” —Publishers Weekly
A New York Times Bestseller
A USA Today Bestseller
A Wall Street Journal Bestseller
A Book Sense Bestseller
This series has a very good and relatable main character. Good side characters. DRAGONS, an evil king/dictator, elves and dwarfs apart from humans, magic, some romance but not inst-love or forced, etc but what I love most about this story is how good each book flows and how good the story comes around. Sensible story and really good character development, what else would you need? Oh yes, deaths... there are sad parts as well dear readers but I think you would all enjoy the series :)

READ THESE BOOKS AND YOU WON'T REGRET IT!
