GOODBYE

After more than three years of friendship we have to sadly say Goodbye to you all!

It has been definitely an amazing adventure! Starting just Laura and I we have never imagined to one day become a four people team posting every single day! It was definitely a great experience and a lot of fun!

Notes from the Team

Hannah
Thank you all for this amazing three years, I know last half a year I have focused more on the youtube channel but I have not forgotten you all, my dear readers, for even a second. Over these three years I have made great friends, discovered amazing authors and my reading taste in general has gone so far from where I was on day one of the blogging. I am however not going far, the youtube channel is staying active and I will be talking about books just like I have been, ain't getting rid of me just yet! Lots of love to you all and a big big thank you!

I had a lot of fun here, and want to thank everyone, both staff and readers, for the opportunity and platform to speak up in. I've learned a lot of things, the greatest being to express my sole opinion on the book, and not just coldly tell all about it. I was a book blogger even before I joined the wonderful women here, but this blog made mine better, and for that I'll forever be grateful.

Martyna
I came into this blog as a guest, just to review few book for a while. Little did I know, I would become a part of the book community, with a platform to share my thoughts, the poems I love and even my writing. I would truly like to thank the team for bringing me over and opening my eyes and mind to the endless books, that I might not have even picked up by myself! Thank you so much to every person who read our blog, who stayed with us and I hope we managed to spread the book love even a little!  Peace and love! Let's Book On!

Laura
Wow three years have already gone by! What started out as a fun project, an Internet adventure if you wish, developed into 3 years of work put into the blog. It's been a great time and I am very thankful for all the book lovers I've met. I would also like to apologize for the lack of reading (and reviews) in the past year and a half. Life just got in the way. Careers just take a lot of time and of course also hobbies, social activities, etc. Nonetheless I will continue reading whenever I can and I will post all my reviews on Goodreads and Amazon. See you soon bookworms!

BLURB:
What happens when one takes a murderous psychopath and forces them to team up with a cowardly tinkerer? Though not a question that Jeremiah ever expected to ponder, he is nevertheless looking forward to seeing what the aforementioned duo will cook up. Success or failure does not matter to Richard, only that the journey be entertaining.

Things are far less jovial for the one under Tom's 'care,' however. Stuck in the monster-infested wilderness, lacking the usual backup, hunted by the Empire's top brass and tasked with an incredibly vague and obtuse Quest, Boxxy will face a world of uncertainty and adversity. However, this is nothing new. Pain, suffering and loss are things that have been commonplace since day one, and Boxxy is not only entirely undaunted, but also eager to share those valuable lessons with its new 'companion.' With things both shiny and tasty on the line, the crafty killer has every intention of showing that lich who's boss.

Assuming Boxxy manages to find it, of course.

The prequel to Dracula, inspired by notes and texts left behind by the author of the classic novel, Dracul is a riveting novel of gothic suspense that reveals not only Dracula's true origins but Bram Stoker's -- and the tale of the enigmatic woman who connects them.

It is 1868, and a twenty-one-year-old Bram Stoker waits in a desolate tower to face an indescribable evil. Armed only with crucifixes, holy water, and a rifle, he prays to survive a single night, the longest of his life. Desperate to record what he has witnessed, Bram scribbles down the events that led him here...

A sickly child, Bram spent his early days bedridden in his parents' Dublin home, tended to by his caretaker, a young woman named Ellen Crone. When a string of strange deaths occur in a nearby town, Bram and his sister Matilda detect a pattern of bizarre behavior by Ellen -- a mystery that deepens chillingly until Ellen vanishes suddenly from their lives. Years later, Matilda returns from studying in Paris to tell Bram the news that she has seen Ellen -- and that the nightmare they've thought long ended is only beginning.
